Description:The Artist permits The Promoter to photograph works for publicity and record keeping purposes. Entrants to the art competition are anyone who submits an application form, henceforth referred to as The Artist. The Artist indemnifies The Promoter against any liability in the case that The Artist does not fulfil this responsibility. All models who are featured in submitted artworks must be 18 years old and over. However, the competition participants agree to grant TZIPAC permission to use the artworks for promotional purposes, without further permissions or remunerations, in its publications, including electronic media or printed materials, including website, online galleries, online magazines, as well as other forms potentially with third-party publications for the expressed purpose of promoting the artworks, the artists and TZIPAC.
